About Erik Cole – Proper Projects Director and Founder
With 16 years of qualified experience in the construction industry, our founder brings a certified Passive House expertise and meticulous eye for detail to every project. His problem-solving approach was refined during four years in Sweden, where he mastered building techniques for cold climates – knowledge that translates effectively to hot climate construction as well. This unique background informs our distinctive approach to both commercial and residential projects, combining technical precision with Scandinavian design principles to create spaces that are both beautiful and environmentally responsible.
